By using Filos ("the App"), you agree to the following terms.
Filos is a photography tool for reading and managing Fujifilm camera recipes. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for any content you share through the community features.
When you share a recipe, you grant Filos a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that recipe to other users within the App. You may remove your shared recipes at any time. Do not share content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
Filos can write recipe settings to your Fujifilm camera via USB-C. You acknowledge that modifying camera settings is done at your own discretion. Filos is not responsible for any unintended changes to your camera configuration.
Filos may offer a one-time Pro upgrade. Purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
Filos and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Nikolaos Kontis. Fujifilm and all related camera model names are trademarks of FUJIFILM Corporation. Filos is not affiliated with or endorsed by FUJIFILM Corporation.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nikolaos Kontis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
